Myllomeris Waterfall
A short walk to the tallest natural waterfall in Cyprus, tucked above Platres.
Just above Pano Platres, a short path drops through greenery to Myllomeris Falls, where water spills some 15 metres down a mossy rock face — the tallest natural waterfall on the island, and an easy add-on to a day in Troodos.
What you'll see
- The roughly 15-metre Myllomeris Falls, tallest in Cyprus
- The cool, fern-lined ravine around the falls
- The nearby Agios Ioannis chapel
- Easy access from Pano Platres
- Lush greenery that stays green even in high summer

The walk
From the parking spot a stepped path leads down to the base of the falls in about fifteen minutes; the return is simply the climb back up the same way. Short, shaded and rewarding.
Getting there
Signed from Pano Platres, about 40 minutes from Limassol, with a small parking area near the trailhead. Get directions →
Good to know before you go
The path is stepped and can be slippery, so take care; the falls are fullest in spring. Short enough for families, but bring water for the climb back up.
