Sea Caves & Agioi Anargyroi Trail
A short coastal walk past turquoise sea caves, a natural rock bridge and a clifftop chapel.
This is the Cyprus of postcards — a short, easy coast walk on the Cape Greco headland linking the famous sea caves, a natural rock arch and a tiny clifftop chapel, all above impossibly turquoise water.
What you'll see
- The Cape Greco sea caves — carved hollows in the low cliffs, a favourite swimming and cliff-jumping spot
- Kamara tou Koraka — a natural rock bridge (the "Love Bridge") arching over the sea
- The little cliff-edge chapel of Agioi Anargyroi
- Some of the clearest, most turquoise water on the island
- Wide views toward the Blue Lagoon and Ayia Napa

The walk
From the sea-caves car park the path runs along the low clifftops, with the hollows and inlets of the caves just below you and the sea glowing turquoise.
A short way on you reach the natural rock bridge, Kamara tou Koraka, and then the whitewashed chapel of Agioi Anargyroi perched at the cliff edge.
It is an out-and-back stroll rather than a hike — easy underfoot and endlessly photogenic, best in the soft light of early morning or evening.
Getting there
The trailhead is at the sea-caves car park on the Cape Greco (Cavo Greco) headland between Ayia Napa and Protaras, signposted off the coast road. Get directions →
Good to know before you go
There is almost no shade on the exposed clifftops, so bring water, sun protection and a hat, and go early on hot days. Take care near the cliff edges, especially in wind, and keep well back when the sea is rough. Bring swimming things — the caves are a wonderful dip.
